Ruling Shuppet + Plus power?

Say I attach plus powers to shuppet and do it's "Fade Out" attack, Do the Plus powers return back to your hand as well?

They sure do... along with any and every other card attached to it.

Yes. All pokemon tools, energy, and trainers go back to it. That is why many people use Shuppet+4 Plus powers+Expert belt, so that Shuppet can hit for 90, and jump back to hand. Just clarifying.
