Unfortunately, no. Shuppet/Dunsparce just has a really hard time keeping up in the format. With so much Spiritomb/Vileplume in the format, once Vileplume gets setup, you basically can only do 30 damage a turn. Against Dialgachomp, they not only resist Shuppet, but they also lock Trainers with Deafen. On top of that, Dialga gets the Special Metal boost. Lastly, Lostgar could trouble Shuppet a bit with Hurl into Darkness.
