Ruling Shuffling

I'm going to a tournament in the city so I assume they will be strict on shuffling. Apart from 'wizard' shuffling every time, how do you shuffle to make it 100% fair and they wont call you out on trying to cheat or anything?

If your opponent thinks you're trying to pull a fast one, he can ask to cut your deck. It is common courtesy to offer a cut yourself, just to prove you're on the up and up. If any questions arise regarding your shuffling technique, he can call a judge over to observe.
