I re- read the rules, the Newbie Guide, old rules, everything regarding rules. So I am here to ask, are shipping (ex, Pokeshipping, Advanceshipping, Pearlshipping)threads allowed? In the fanfics section, there are quite a number of Shipping fanfics... so I am here to ask, can shipping have its own sub board, board, thread or something? Also, are regular member allowed to post one specific shipping on one thread as long as it matches the genre (ex: Pokeshipping under Anime and Movies Board, Sinnohshipping (LucasxDawn) under gaming, ect)?

:p Boy I am a bad negotiator.

Shipping is the pairing of two characters in an anime, basically.

And no, it can't have its own subforum.

The best spot for those topics would be Clans & Clubs.

The best spot for a club for shipping fanfics, you mean?

Well, shipping fanfics obviously go in the writing corner, but shipping threads in general - "hey this is the place for all you Advanceshippers out there" - belongs in clans and clubs.

Really? Well, OK then I won't do one. One more question: are character threads allowed (Mainly characters from the amime (yeah, I like the anime a lot...))? Or will it just cause spam?

I think you might be able too. But the pics people post cannot be deemed "unsuitable for little kids" [Shipping threads]

No, you can't create any threads on a single character or Pokemon, becuase it has a low discussion value...

The writing corner does not fit for actual shipping discussions since it is for, well, fics. I would suggest the anime forum since that is the part of franchise where this comes from, if you know what I mean.

So no. It should not have it's own sub-forum.

OK, I guess. Soon I will delete this thread. Before I do, I'll ask one more (annoyingly stupid) question: are episode discussions (IN GENERAL) or spoiler threads (telling what will occur in future episodes) allowed?

You don't have to delete this thread, just let it die on it's own

Anyway, about your question; probably not since the forum doesn't have SPOILER tags...

There is no rule that bans them. You might want to put a "spoilers below" and "spoilers end here" in red and/or bold though, since our forum software does not support spoiler tags. And you don't have to delete the thread. Threads are usually deleted when they are spam, and the deleting is usually done by the mods.
