Discussion Shining Legends vs Neo Pull Rates

The pull rates for Shinings in Shining Legends is 1:15 (2 per box). The pull rates for Shinings in Neo Destiny is apparently 1:12 (3 per box) and Neo Revelation is apparently 1:18 (2 per box). I thought a source somewhere said 300:1 was the pull rate for the Neo sets.

Are the Shining cards in Shining Legends pull rates just as rare as the ones in Neo Destiny/Revelation??

Hi, the pull rate of Neo destiny shinings was 1 on 12-18 packs.
It's also written in the last Majeske's unofficial pokemon cards' guide.
I don't thinks that shining legends are so hard to find..

i just picked up a etb for legends ik its late and i got 5 ultra rares which was apparently high so i think its about 4 pulls per etb
 
I've pulled 2 shining from 37 packs of Shining Legends from various products, plus 8 more ultra rares, so you can have another example
