The best place to find the answer is to go to forums.pokemontcg.com. These are the official forums for the PTCGO (hence me linking to them). The In-Game Item Exchange section (you'll have to Log In to view it) has long running threads for several trading companies/groups/whatever-they-want-to-call-themselves. Find one of the more thorough and longer running ones, then look at what they are asking for in exchange for the cards in question, as well as the trade value for the packs.
Of course, with incredibly high demand cards, some places will only give you their price upon request, or are somewhat vexing by giving a value, but adding a footnote that their usual pack values are adjusted down because again, it is a high demand card so they can get away with it. >.> The other thing to remember, at least if you want to make good deals and offers, is that these trading groups are, if not the convenience stores of TCG trades, close too it. They can ask for more because they usually have someone hanging around who can respond to a request in short order, and sometimes have reward programs as well.
With all that, and looking at some of these threads, @PMJ is correct: as long as the 10 booster packs in question are ones with favorable trade ratios, you should find someone willing to trade.
