Hey there! This is my SharTiniVileK Decklist (Sharpedo/Victini/Weavile/Zoroark)! So, here it is:

Pokemon:
x1 Cleffa
x3 Carvahna
x3 Sharpedo
x2 Sneasel
x2 Weavile
x2 Zorua
x2 Zoroark
x2 Fliptini
x2 Slowpoke
x2 Slowking

Supporters/Trainers/Stadiums:
x3 Pokemon Collector
x3 Judge
x3 Professor Oak's New Theory
x3 Pokemon Catcher
x3 Crushing Hammer
x1 Lost Remover
x3 Junk Arm
x2 Super Scoop Up
x2 Seeker
x2 Pluspower
x1 Revive
x3 Pokemon Communication

Energy:
x4 Special Dark
x3 Darkness
x3 Double Colorless

The point is to get rid of all your opponents cards so they can't draw at all. Crushing Hammer is used to stall by getting rid of the opponents energy. Zoroark is a counter to Zekrom and Reshiram, just in case those decks get set up too fast. Slowking is used to make sure your opponent does not draw any good cards. When you flip double heads with Sharpedo all the time, your opponent will get very mad at you :)

I'd take out zoroark for a 3-3 line of ursaring prime. He can hit 90 for {C}{C}{C}, as well as discarding the topdeck of your opponent. Slowking works amazing too, making sure they can't draw anything good the rest of the game.

Use Persian. you have an 87.5% chance of discarding AT LEAST 1 card and with fliptini the chance for double or triple is actually in your range. So by using Judge, then Weavile, then Persian's attack, you'll leave your opponent with a 1-2 card hand every time

Definitely take out Zoroark and put in another main attacker (I'd go with Ursaring or Donphan here, but whatever floats your boat), since the idea is to not let the opponent get any main attackers out. Zoroark is only effective when the opponent is, and that's against the purpose of the lock.
