No you can't. Because Gengar's Shadow Room attack is an effect of an attack. So Shedinja's Poke-Body would stop it.
Crap. So what are some good counters for it I could put into a gengar deck?
A Machamp. =P Use a lower evolution of Gengar. Haunter will 2HKO it.
warp point, but he still wont take damage from gengar...is there anything I can fit in a gengar deck, that does not have a poke-power/body, can attack for decent damage, and can attack w/ psychic/colorless energy that is not impossible to find?
Like I already said. Use Haunter. It's already in the deck, so it won't make it hard to put it in, nor will it slow you down. Haunter will 2HKO the Shedinja.
It may not do the most damage, but Furret from SW isn't terrible. For two energy of any type, he does 40, allows you to switch and move the energies to your new pokemon. He also has a free attack that lets you search your deck for any 2 cards.
