  • 4x Double Colorless Energy
    8x Fire Energy

Strategy:

The plan with this deck is to go second and attack with Seismitoad turn one to get that item lock in instantly while you set up Pyroar. Then you use Pyroar when you're facing other basics or VirGen. Mewtwo is for other Mewtwos, Deoxys, or Lucario/Machamp. Charizard is a nice secondary attacker to have. Everything else is pretty much straight forward. Any suggestions?

RE: Seismitoad/Pyroar

Darkrai just adds inconsistency because you have to play darkness energy and you can just play other switching cards instead. so
-2 darkrai EX
-4 darkness
To make getting fire energy easier put in
+4 fire
If you do take out darkrai, you will only have 8 basics so no more than 1 pokemon fan club
-1 fan club
Superior energy retrieval is a waste in this deck. Blacksmith however, gets back 2 energy and attaches them to a fire pokemon.
-1 SER
+3 blacksmith
and finally, just as a secondary attacker, you can run charizard ex with combustion blast. with a muscle band it ohko's 170 hp ex's
+1 charizard ex

Hope this helped!!!
