If your opponent has a Stage 2 out, it will be hard, if not impossible, for them to de-evolve their Pokemon. TTar will probably be out and powered up by the time they have their Stage 2 Pokemon powered up too.

Well, I think we still need to know gardies attack, since it does 80 and some unknown effect. Although I'm a huge fan of all t-tars, I probly won't play this one since I think it will be pretty popular, and I don't like to copy peoples decks.
Chances are, T-Tar has a GLARING weakness, like Grass and Fighting. What if another ATM Rock type card is released, but it affects your OWN Pokemon. Then they candy back into like Poliwrath UF for an OHKO on T-Tar. Other than that, sounds like a decent card. 8.5/10. Good, almost Great, but not quite there.

Ttar ex may not be as broken as everyone thinks it is. Yes it does seem good but we know about 10 cards in the entire set. They're not gonna go around letting Ttar ex OHKO everything without trying, they most likely included a few other cards which counter it.
Holon WP is a card which makes Ttar ex useless. Attach that with a Water energy and Ttar ex = free 2 prizes.

Gardevior is interesting. It could slow at shutting down since i tis only 1 counter a turn agaisnt a possible of 6. And that does not count de-evolution. 80 damage for what was it? 3 of (R) (C) (C) for 80 plus something additional. I am guessing it could be negative since 80 for 3
