• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

    When posting in a thread, be sure to explain all your suggestions thoroughly. Additionally, do not ask for advice in another member's thread.

Strategy: Basically to get samurott out and start stacking using rain dance for heavier hitting of hydro pump. As this is mostly an all water deck using donphan prime as guard against zekrom and thundrus. Collector, Rare Candy, and Communication for quicker set up.
 
My friend actually built a deck like this. The donphan is good against zekrom, zekrom ex, and magnezone decks while samurott is good against decks like reshiram or reshiram ex. I don't think pokemon rescue is legal anymore, and I dont think that it would be that useful. Instead of mantine, I would just use a cilan or something since it gets more energy and is quicker. I don't think it will do that well against decks like mtc since mew two can easily OHKO samurott or donphan since it runs tornadus.
