[attachment=6021]:So this card at first glance isn't that great. But do you think that with some different techs, this could be good?

[attachment=6022]: Double Fall can really help, considering either attack can be used, and with an EB, you can take 3 Prizes in one turn!

[attachment=6023]:Future Sight can work with Top Accelerator to get energy on Salamence quickly.

Salamence SF can also be used as a secondary attacker to stay low on energy, while Salamence AR can sit on the bench and charge it up with Slowking. I'm not saying this strategy will work all the time, but disruption with Slowking helps too. Let me know what you think!

Ooh, nice combo, i like it xD. Its only goos if you plan on a really fast setup and i dont really think it will help you get 2 prizes because its only 100 damage :D

With EB I plan to do 120 damage, which will give me 2 prizes. It's not like this has tournament potential, but it could be a fun league deck.

Sounds like a fun league deck, but not in competitive play. It's a bit slow, and you'd have to have plenty of SSU or (Switching card)+Seeker (both with BTS, of course) to get the 3 prize cards twice to win after 2 KOs. You'd also need plenty of energy in the deck to make the Top Accelerator worthwhile. You will KO most Pokémon with 120, but you would have to include PlusPower/Crobat G just in case... all in all, it really takes a lot of space away from some staple cards, but it's a good combo if you can get it working to go from 6 prizes to 0 in 3 turns (not your first 3, necessarily). Keep in mind you'd use Twins and Spiritomb also, as this is a slow deck idea, so that's even more space.

Thanks, I just don't like it when certain cards with "potential" aren't played, so sometimes I like to see what people say about it. I suppose this would be quite a slow deck, but with Rare candy I can get it set up quick, and even that is slow. Slowking would be cool for disruption or to my benefit.

Rare Candy is a must, but a lot of times since it isn't searchable, you'll just BTS to get one out quickly. Energy is the main problem, not evolution (since Top Accelerator can be used only when you already are at Stage 2), as far as speed goes. You will be taking lots of prizes, however, so it's fine for it to be slow, particularly with Twins/Black Belt.

Maybe you should play things such as spiritombs or sableye just in case you end up facing a vilegar or Spiritomb related decks, These decks are very capaable of destroying common decks that use trainers, however chances are if you need you'll have spiritombs to have you to Darkness Grace while both trainers are in a lock. I know that VileGar Decks usually have 3- 7 Trainers that they cannot play so they use Blissey to discard them and not gert damaged. Using other techs such as Trainers should be Poke Blowers - Using it's PokePower to get double Prize. Other handy pokemon that you can add it are Chatot G, Grobat G, and Ambipom G. Once in a while all decks are in a hard situation and requires these cards to get out.

So, I'm thinking the deck would look something like this:

4-3-2-2 Salamence AR/LV.X
2-2 Slowking HGSS
4 Spiritomb AR
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
Total Pokemon:22

3 Bebe's Search
3 Rare Candy
3 BTS
3 Pokemon Collector
2 PONT
2 SSU or Seeker
1 Premier Ball
2 Expert Belt
2 Twins
Total T/S/S:17

7 Fire Energy
7 Water Energy
3 DCE
Total Energy:17

Strategy: My goal is to get Spiritomb out as a starter, and then try to grab 3 prizes in one turn with Slamence X and an EB. This deck might be slow, so Slowking can help to get the energies on top and go good with Top Accelerator. :D

Discuss!

Run Premier Ball because it guarantees you a Lv.X and you don't have to flip.

A kid I'm sort of tutoring on the game at league runs this deck with Obamasnow. You spread till Obama eats it, then get 3-4 prize cards at once with "Shoot Through." He doesn't really use it that well, but that's the general idea of the deck. I love the Slowking tech, though. I run Slowking with Ursaring to discard my opponents best cards, and also helps me as well.

21 energies in a deck that's not MagneGator is too many though. You really probably only need about 14-15 at MOST.

Updated. Took out 4 energy for 2 PONT and 2 SSU or Seeker. Which one is better. I prefer Seeker, its a guarantee, but a Supporter, and your opponent may benefit from picking up.

Delcatty PL works with salamence AR as well, because it allows you to put energies on top of your deck from your discard.

You seem to not have any DCE.
I would add some. It would help your speed a ridiculous amount. I guarantee, if you leave it w/o, there will be times where you will think, "Dang, I wish I could attack with Salamence this turn, but I only have 1 energy on my Salamence. If I had a DCE, I could Top Accelerator for an energy and then attach the DCE and attack for 2 prizes."
It's especially helpful since Dragon Claw requires it, too.

I have been trying to get a working salamence deck up for the longest time, so here is my thoughts. You run it with a pokemon that spreads, I used abomasnow SF, and you spread around. You get one energy on salamence, and once abomasnow dies you can play down delcatty PL to place 1 or 2 on top. proceed to take 4 prizes.
