The POINT of Sablelock is to be disruptive so you need both Cyrus's In and Judge. I DON'T recommend losing disruptiveness, especially supporters, for PONT.
 
I would say to take,

3 super scoop up (no need in this deck and they are to flipy in this deck)
1 pokemon collector (you don't need 3 since you can use it with sableye and you have sp radar(s) and stuff)
out for,
1 sableye SF (you need 4)
1 uxie lv.X (good secondary machamp counter if you have it. and gives you draw)
1 unown q (can give sableye, uxie, honchkrow (SV) and azelf free retreat)
1 aaron's collection or 1 palmer's contribution (for recovery if in a longer match)

This should help your deck a bit.
 
With Sablelock, Expert Belt is a great option (giving Sableye 80 hp making overconfidence more effective)

Add in at least 2 Expert Belt, but I'm not to sure what you would take out for them
 
I dont think i need Uxie X and try to put in 2 Expert Belts. I dont no what the psychic energy is for oops.
