Moves:
~ Willow-Wisp
~ Confuse Ray
~ Recover
~ Substitute

This thing is the plague spreading version of Erufuun and is paired well with Blissey/Chansey. Sableye can be used for most teams but should have Wish support or phaze support to help maximize damage. Since Sableye's amazing new DW ability, priority makes this Pokemon a whole new ball field. Willow-Wisp is to minimize the damage that would take Sableye out, while also ensuring that revenge killers or sweepers hit for crap damage, while Confuse Ray helps makes sure Sableye doesn't get punished often. Recover is necessary to Sableye's survival in battle and makes sure he is out there longer. Substitute is there to help dodge other Sableye/Erufuun.

Recommendations/help on this Pokemon:
Since Sableye actually does require good prediction etc, this list is probably needed.
1.)The only two MAJOR threats to Sableye is Espeon due to being able to bounce back WOW and Confuse Ray, and Erufuun/Taunters who succesfully taunt Sableye into submission.
2.) It's recommended to use Confuse Ray first, then WoW, but if your opponent has a hard hitter, use WoW first.
3.) Pair Sableye with good walls, because you can stall out your opponent and keep your wall alive longer.
4.) This is a STALL Pokemon, so don't swap it out just because you can't attack after you use one move, after you have put up your statuses, Recover off damage and Sub. This pressures the foe to stay in and risk losing a Pokemon or force him to swap to another Pokemon you can burn and/or confuse.

I personally would recommend Taunt over Recover, so Sableye doesn't get walled by Chansey, Blissey, or the Eeveelutions with Heal Bell or Aromatherapy. Sableye can't take a hit, so Recover isn't the best selection, it is viable though. Night Shade is also good to use, to avoid being Taunt/Magic Mirror bait.

To be honest, Sableye really won't get walled by Blissey/Chansey due to subbing and being a ghost and all, and the cleric Heal Bell move set is rare, found once a blue moon.
And this is like Erufuun with priority moves, stall out the foe etc, and Recover is a nice choice being able to recover off damage and damage from Sub while watching the foe burn from WoW and hurt itself, as said it is a bit frail so Recover can come into use.
