Sabelock?

Alright, I just don't get this deck at all. What exactly IS Sabelock? I haven't seen any deck lists for it and only 1 article, so I don't really see how it's effective. Aside from the Power Sprays suggested in that Sabelock article, I see absolutely nothing in the deck that's even close to a lock. So, I basically have 2 questions.

1) WHY is this deck called Sabelock if I don't see any sort of lock down going on here?
2) WHAT exactly is the strategy of Sabelock?

there are a few variant decklists if you go to http://google.com/.com or just google search sablelock. The locking part of the deck is more of a disruption. You play let loose giratina to pretty much use "judge" without having to waste a supporter, then use sableye's impersonate to use cyrus's initiative to hopefully dwindle your opponent's hand down to 2 cards. and if you have luck on your side, after dropping let loose giratina, you'll pull a chatot md to continue disruption of your opponent's deck/hand. All of which buys you plenty of time to set up and get a large advantage, or either donk for the win.

The 'lock' portion of Sablelock refers mostly to disruption. Judge, Giratina PL, Chatot G, Cyrus' Initiative, etc. It's referring to how you can start with Sableye, drop Giratina to limit their hand to 4, drop a Chatot G, and then Impersonate a Cyrus Initiative to lower their hand to 2, heh. Of course, that's just one example.
