Per Pokepop(On the Professor forums):
The following Ruling Updates will be in effect at Worlds (as well as next season).
Please spread the word that that Worlds competitors will be prepared.
We have to get the official wording on this, but Unown G (and other effects that block attack effects) will work slightly differently.
If an attack effect says to choose a benched Pokemon and switch it with the Defending Pokemon, if the Defending Pokemon has an Unown G attached, the switch will still happen!
Since the "target" Pokemon does not block the effect, the effect happens.
Looker's Investigation will be played the way the US has been playing it.
In other words, you must declare how many cards you are drawing ahead of time. If you don't declare, you draw the maximum number of cards.
You do not get to draw, look, draw, look, then decide to stop drawing cards.
Please get the word out, especially on the change in how Unown G will not block indirect effects, just effect that directly target it's attached Pokemon.
