Rules topic suggestion

I have a suggestion relating to where the PokeBeach rules topic is placed, which is in this forum, the Website Feedback. Now I have have something to say, when I first registered here I spent a good 5 minutes just looking for said topic, I don't know if this has happened to many other people.

My suggestion is that the PB rules topic should be moved to the Introduce Yourself forum, as it is easy to find because newly registered members who post a topic there to introduce themselves will see it before they even make there first post, whereas when I first joined I ended up making several posts before I found the rules topic.

The rules, or even a link to the forum rules are not in every forum, because I certainly don't see them, but I did just notice a little bubble in the intro forum linking to the forum rules.

So... yeah, never mind this topic then.

Apparantly it got changed. The last time I noticed, they used to be in the top of every forum. I think it would be good if it was set up as an announcement on all visible boards to normal members.
 
It's up in all Forums at the very top in Announcements. Now nobody should have excuses lol.
