Hey guys, It's R-C here and I'm going to create this as a RU or Rarely used tier threads. I will get all my updates on the tier for Smogon.com and I will let you guys know about pokemon becoming banned and such. If a Pokemon becomes banned from the RU tier it will become BL2 which is the tier between UU and RU. BL2 is simply the tier which the pokemon is simply overpowered in the RU tier but, not quite good enough for the UU tier. Anyways I will include the BL2 pokemon and the RU pokemon below and make a discussion.

Recently, Durant was banned from the RU Tier. The Vote on Smogon was: 7-2 ( iirc ) and (iirc) Sharpedo got voted No-Ban with a vote of 1-1-7. What is your personal opinion on Durant being banned and Sharpedo not?
I would like to make a shout-out to, DittoCrow. He is an outstanding RU player got to vote for the Ban's of Sharpedo and Durant. His votes were Durant - Ban and Sharpedo Not-Ban. At the bottom of this OP I will list the thread with his opinion and others that got to vote.
My Goals: My main purpose in creating a discussion thread like this is to build a variety of metagames in our community as a whole. I would love to see a variety of players skilled in many different tiers. RU is overshowed by the UU tier and I think NU as well. When I am laddering upon smogon ladder I will notice their will be more NU players than RU. I hope this will get activity and when DittoCrow hopefully puts in his reasonings and his thoughts on some discussioton I would like to highly recommend him as a respectable RU player.
