You can get the Secret Key to get the Rotom forms from Toys R Us stores from April 19th to April 26th. In addition, it will be held on Mystery Gift's WiFi Connection functionalism in Pokemon Platinum from April 20th to May 12th. Be sure to download it or get it from Toys R Us
(I recommend WiFi Connection, but if you currently do n't have it or at all, visit Toys R Us!)
