Ruling Roseanne + Legends, any rule yet ?

Are there any rules confirmed yet..that I can get Legend Cards with Roseanne's Research ?
 
While I do not believe an official ruling has been made at this time, simple logic would seem to state that you could not, as Roseanne's only nets you Basic Energy and Basic Pokemon, and LEGEND cards aren't really either of those two card classes.
 
Well...Lugia itself is a basic Pokémon..you could also search cards like Absol ex, that's why I'm asking.

LEGEND cards are an entirely different class of cards. They don't have a stage like most Pokemon do, making me believe they cannot be searched by Roseanne's Research. However, they are definitely Pokemon, so Bebe's Search should be able to search for them.
 
how about waiting for the actual set to release, before checking on rulings for a card
 
I just wanna get some other opinions. Okay..PokeChamp should be right...well I'm sure I can get the parts with PokéDrawer+ :p
