Can I put Robo Sub on top of Ditto with Ditto's ability?
I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but it seems like a complex interaction.

I'm assuming your question is can you put Robo Substitute on top of Ditto with the effect of Ditto's Ability. The answer is no because Robo Substitute is technically an Item card.
