Roaring Skies Legal for WI Regionals?

Roaring Skies officially releases May 6th in USA. The WI regional is on May 30th, 2015. I've heard a set has to be out for 3 weeks before it is legal--is that correct? Could someone confirm that Roaring Skies cards will be allowed at this event?

It is allowed. You are correct. It's also allowed for GA regionals on the same day iirc.
