Hello everyone ! And welcome. If you want to post your very own Pokémon teams that you have worked so hard on for feedback and helping out other trainers with their teams, please read the following rules:

Note: If your team is not completed, yet you want help with the teambuilding process you may ignore this thread and post your uncompleted team.

Before you post a team, make sure you follow these important rules:

1. Your team must be a competitive team. Make sure you know what metagame you're playing with that team (VGC, OU etc.). A competitive team needs to be an experienced team. Before you post your team, be sure to have as much experience with it by battling with it on the metagame as it is designed to work for. For example, if you have an OU team and you never played it in OU battles, you won't be able to know if the team you've made is fitting to the OU metagame. If your team is not designed for a competitive environment, please post it in here for others to analyze it in a noncompetitive environment.

2. Each team you post must be completed - Make sure you have a completed team with 6 Pokémon and that each one of them has a full set of moves, EV's, ability, nature and item. You only need to list the Pokémon's name for us to know who you are talking about, but pictures/sprites/gifs are more than welcomed.

3. Put as much as information you can. Under each Pokémon set, write at least 3 lines explaining about the Pokémon moves, EV's+Nature, Item and of course your strategy with that Pokémon. This is a very important thing to do since it gives other people a better understanding about your team and thus helps them to give you a relevant feedback.

There are many ways to display your team but here is the least things people need to see, in order to give you feedback:

A general explanation about the team- Write a few lines about the team such as what is your strategy, what Pokémon/core/strategy the team is based on etc. You can also explain a bit about the team building process and how well you did with it in battles.

For each Pokémon, you need to explain your thinking process behind the Pokémon.
Please use at least one sentence to answer each of the following questions:

- Why you chose this Pokémon?
- Why does it have this item? If it doesn't have an item, why?
- Why does it have those EVs? It's okay to say "The EVs are standard".
- Why does it have these attacks
(At least 3 sentences)

If one sentence can answer multiple questions, that's absolutely fine. Feel free to explain more; these are just for the minimum.

Example for a good description:

The set:
Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-Turn
- Steel Wing

The description:
"Talonflame is a great revenge killer with the ability to use priority Brave Bird thanks to Gale Wings. Choice Band with max Attack EV's and Adamant nature gives Talonflame as much power as possible to put a large offensive pressure on the opponent. Flare Blitz deals with Steel types which resist Brave Bird like Ferrothorn. U-Turn allows Talonflame to gain momentum and Steel Wing deals with Mega Diancie which is one of the biggest threats to this team."

Why it's good:
The set reveals every necessary detail for using this Talonflame. The description tells us why the player had picked Talonflame (Revenge Killer with priority Brave Bird). It explains to us what is the reasoning behind the item, nature and EV's (to give as much power as possible to put a pressure on the opponent's team). And finally, it gives us an explanation about each move.

Example for a bad description:

The set:
Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-Turn
- Steel Wing

The description:
"Talonflame is the best! Brave Bird with priority destroys almost anything. I use this Pokémon because I see it in almost every team in OU."

Why it's bad:
While the set reveals everything other players need to know about using this Talonflame, the description fails to explain why. The description doesn't let us know what Talonflame's strategy is for the team. There is no explanation about the EV's, nature, item or even the moves other than Brave Bird. If someone wants to give this player a feedback, he simply can't since he has no relevant details to understand why Talonflame is in the team.
