So I first got this idea in December, when Plasma Freeze was released in Japan. I saw Chandelure, and I thought of EXRS Gardevoir. And then I realized that this was also kinda like Typhlosion. So I originally paired it with the BWBC White Kyurem-EX, but I realized that the Plasma Storm one actually got boosted from the damage took from "Flare Navigate". But I discarded that idea. 3 months later, Megalo Cannon was released. As soon as a saw Cradily, I thought of instant Stage 2 deck addition. And then I thought of Chandelure. So here's my future decklist.
3 Chandelure
3 Lileep
3 White Kyurem-EX
2 Cradily
1-2 Reshiram (to beat PlasmaKlang and other Anti-EX cards)
0-1 Mewtwo-EX (not sure about this one)
Pokemon=13
4 N
4 Skyla
3 Juniper
3 Caitlin
Supporters=13
4 Ultra Ball
3 Catcher
3 Root Fossil
1 Potion
1 Super Rod
1 Tool Scrapper
1 Switch
Items=14
1 Float Stone
1 Crystal Edge (Ace Spec)
Tools=2
2 Tropical Beach
Stadiums=2
(Note that I didn't include Twist Mountain. Guess why.)
Strategy: It's simple enough. Start either using Caitlin to draw Root Fossil sending Lileep to the bottom of the deck and evolving in to Cradily or abusing Lileep's ability with Ultra Ball discard/search for Cradily/Skyla for Root Fossil. I'm having trouble with leads, so any useful help is needed. Thank you in advance!
Translations:
Chandelure – Fire – HP130
Stage 2 (Team Plasma) – Evolves from Lampent

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for a Fire Energy and attach it to one of your Pokemon. Place 1 damage counter on that Pokemon. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
[R][R][C] Absorb Life: 70 damage. Heal 30 damage from this Pokemon.
Weakness: Water (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2
Lileep – Grass – HP80
Restored – Put this card onto your Bench only with the effect of Root Fossil
Ability: Call of the Ancient
Once during your turn (before your attack), if this card is in your discard pile, you may place it on the bottom of your deck.
[G][C] Spiral Drain: 20 damage. Heal 10 damage from this Pokemon.
Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: Water (-20)
Retreat: 2
Cradily – Grass – HP120
Stage 1 – Evolves from Lileep
[G] Life Explosion: For each Energy attached to this Pokemon, search your deck for a Stage 2 Pokemon and put it onto your Bench. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
[G][C][C] Spiral Drain: 60 damage. Heal 20 damage from this Pokemon.
Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: Water (-20)
Retreat: 2
Root Fossil – Trainer
Item
Look at the bottom 7 cards of your deck. You may reveal a Lileep you find there and put it onto your Bench. Shuffle the other cards back into your deck.
You may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn (before your attack).
Caitlin – Trainer
Supporter
Return any number of cards from your hand to the bottom of your deck in any order you like. Then, draw an equal number of cards.
You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

Also, one note: I don't think Blastoise decks will be popular during the era this deck is in, Frozen City makes Blastoise miserable.
