Retreat Cost

Okayy dunno if this is the right section... but I'm looking for a pokemon that has the power to add retreat cost to the opponent or just prevent them from retreating for a turn. I'm looking for a pokemon that can do that to combine it with Muk's UD attack:

Sludge Drag {P}

Switch the Defending Pokémon with 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. The new Defending Pokémon is now Confused and Poisoned.

Meh. This is probably better asked in the Player's Sandbox, since it's not a rulings question. In any case, if you're dead-set on using Muk, I'm not sure this works. The only Pokémon in-format that I know of to increase your opponent's retreat cost is Wobbuffet HGSS Promo, but it has to be active to work so using it with Muk is out of the question. You might be better off using something like Roserade UL and attach Rainbow energy to confuse and poison your opponent's active, and combo with an attack that prevents your opponent from reatreating his/her active on the following turn.
