I doubt the place is a gym, really.
Notice how Dento has the same colour scheme as N? I'm begin to wonder if there's some sort of "race" of pale, green-haired people who are linked to Isshu's history or something. His anime description released recently implies he has a hidden agenda, or at least some secret.

"For Dento, the new male, they say he is "A Pokemon Sommelier (waiter) who is a source of abundant knowledge and experience, diagnoses the compatibility between Trainer and Pokemon, and gives advice on how to befriend. Is this really, in fact, true?!" "

I imagine he activates / gives you the Feeling Check application, and he probably just gives you loads of advice and things in the game, and being an important NPC works in a restaurant that stands out to other buildings. That last sentence of his description makes me wonder though. Like how I said in my previous post - he reminds me of "N", and he talks about "befriending" Pokemon? N says "Pokemon are our friends" and wants to set them free? I'm not saying they're the same person, but it's food (ba dum tish) for thought.

Yeah i said that in the anime forums that N could be Dento's brother. This castle thing has got me baffled. If you ask me the whole dento think in the games is Hokum.

Looking at Aroe's art now, I can't see her being a gym leader or elite four member somehow....
 
im not sayng this will happen but i like the idea of it being a restraunt style gym(maybe fire or grass type) because gyms are confirmed to look different. maybe dento and aroe(aloe?) are both gyms leaders(like tate and liza)
if that doesnt happen then probably a battle cafe
 
Maybe Aroe is the new leader of the Battle Cafe or something? I hope that's a Battle Cafe anyway.
 
ya prolly dento is a trainer that knows aroe somehow because their clothes relate to one another very well (waiter and chef I guess)
