I posted this same thread a while ago, wondering what reputation is.
Now I'm posting to ask how to post in it. I thought that now only mods/anyone-with-a-name-that-isn't-blue-and-not-italizised could post in it but I was on the "WHos Online" page and I saw a normal member posting in a reputation. Please explain.
 
When it shows a regular member giving a reputation, it doesn't mean that they are actually giving one. If they are looking at someone's reputations, then it will show up as the same thing. Regular members can't give reputations.
 
Then explain why Espeonshock gave you a Rep, KG, and he's a normal member. :p

LOL I think you know well enought that he was a strategist before, but is now a regular member.

OMG, HAX! EspeonShock is a strategist, I believe.
 
People that aren't Starts Experts or Trade Council people can give ERPs, ya. But then when they aren't one of those three groups any more the REPs stay. They aren't deleted.
