Ruling Regi form

If I have all the regi's in play, does the body of regigigas counts for all of my regigigas's in play or only for the one with the body?

It's a self-referencing body, so it only works for that regigigas. As a general rule of thumb, unless it says "All XXX you have in play", it only works on the pokemon with the attack/power/body.
