[redshark]Need general help!!!

Hi Pokemon Fans!
I need general help with RedShark,because i cant start it.When i double-click on executable file my cursor changes to "loading" for 2 sec.Then nothing happens.Please help me to start RedShark.

P.S.I have Windows XP SP2.
P.P.S. Apprentice program is work well.
