Redshark Glitch?

My friend and I are attempting to use Red Shark, but we're stuck with a glitch or bug. Basically, The Guest player always sees the Host Player's cards as "Basic Fighting Energy", instead of the card itself. When the host picks up the card, it would show "Player has picked up (Actual Card's Name)".

Another problem is that the Guest Player sees the Host Player as having no cards in their Hand, Deck, and Prize pile. Is this a glitch, a bug, or are we doing something wrong?

No it's a glitch. This has happend to me several times. I'll be playing a game with someone as a host or guest and sometimes out of nowhere all the cards they play will stay frozen on there side regardless if they discarded it. When they put a card on there bench it will show up as some random card like DCE ditto when they evolve because it will say they evolved there Pokemon to Seeker or something random. It's a glitch that gets annoying and I don't know why it happens but they should really get that fixed.

Is they any way around it in the meantime? The main problem is that when my friend or myself attempt to put down out basic Pokemon down to start the game, the Guest player sees them all as Fighting Energy instead of the Basic Pokemon.

Yeah, just close the game and restart it as it happens ;p....or if you're good at paying attention, just play on and remember whats in play ;p

We tried to restart the game. The problem still persists. And the problem is that the Guest Player sees the Host's cards as all Fighting Energy, even in the chat. Athought, when the Host return the card to the hand, the actual name of the card is shown.

It's a glitch, and an extremely annoying one too. I recently went through a game when my opponent thought I was playing all Metal Energy, when I really wasn't (right Tyraniking :p)

In-game, I'm not sure if there's a way to solve the glitch. However, to end the glitch, both players must quit the game and restart Redshark (not the connection, Redshark itself).

There are a lot of glitches in Redshark, it is a fan made program and is obviously not perfect. However, the creator tries to fix them as best he can (that's usually what the .01 means when there's a new release titled Redshark 3.71 for example)..

In the future, please use the Redshark Support and Questions thread instead of creating a new thread.
