Hello~ I stopped playing the TCG for a few months during the whole changes to the Japanese Card rulings. I was wondering what they currently are? Thanks in advance.

1/10th (6 cards) of your deck may cotain foreign cards. This 10% does not include energy. Basic energy may be any language, and from any set.

Right now you can only have 6 foreign cards in your deck. This includes Japanese cards for everyone except the Japanese. In order to use the foreign card you must use an outside translation. This can be the actual card in your official language or from the card dex at www.go-pokemon.com.

Can I order a box of Advent of Arceus and six cards in it will be viable after the set comes out?

I forgot to mention that any Japanese cards after the PotF set aren't allowed for tournament play. This was because when they had announced that no Japanese cards can be used, many people had already bought boxes of it. This is to make it so anyone who buys cards after that set will know that they cannot use them. So to answer your follow up question, no you cannot buy an AoA box and use it.
