    3 - Skyarrow Bridge

  • 4 - Fire Energy
    8 - Lightning Energy

Strategy:

This is my current RayEels build. The strategy, for those unfamiliar with the deck is to use Eelektrik's ability, "Dynamotor", to attach lightning energy from the discard to a Rayquaza EX in order to use "Dragon Burst" for 180 damage (or more). Keldeo EX/Float Stone and Skyarrow Bridge let me string consecutive attacks, while Raikou EX can snipe threats like Garbodor on the bench. I opted for Eelektross as my Pyroar/Safeguard counter, as it can also be a strong 1 prize attacker, especially against Yveltal EX.

I use Professor's Letter to help get Fire Energy and Super Rod to recycle Rayquaza EX or Eelektross. Currently having troubles with consistency, and I'm trying to find things to change. Suggestions are greatly appreciated! As a note, I cannot afford Tropical Beach.

+10 HP can be big. With 30 HP Hammerhead will knock out Tynamo. With DEX 45 Tynamo the 40 HP will keep it alive. Also, take out Eelektross. It just takes up space and can't use Dynamotor. Take out Skyarrow Bridge. You aren't going to be retreating with Rayquaza so it is useless. Add another Tool Scrapper, Garbodor is killer against this deck. You're also going to need some switch cards in case you start out with Tynamo.
-3 Skyarrow Bridge
-1 Eelektross
-2 Tynamo [Noble Victories]
+2 Tynamo [Dark Explorers 45]
+1 Tool Scrapper
+1 Lysandre
+1 Escape Rope
+1 Switch

Well the problem about taking out Eelektross is that there is no counter to Pyroar. But, if you put Muscle Bands into the deck, Rayquaza LGT can OHKO Pyroar, Suicune, and Sigilyph.

Undulating Ocean may work better that Skyarrow Bridge to get rid of Landorus snipes to the bench. Also, Mountain Ring may work just as well. I wouldn't run Skyarrow because you can Rush In and retreat with Keldeo, so Skyarrow Bridge may only help your opponent.

The NVI Tynamo I use is the 40 HP one with Thunder Wave. As stated before Eelektross is for Pyroar and Safeguard, so I can't take it out. I could replace it with Rayquaza, but I think that would be harder to get out.

Skyarrow is a switching card for Tynamo, and a counter stadium. I will try testing without it though, since sometimes it does seem like a dead card, but like I said the biggest problem is consistency.
