Alright! This is a preliminary discussion before I actually debate on making the decklist. So here's Rayquaza! : http://www.serebii.net/card/supremevictors/146.shtml
(I apologize for using Serebii, it was just open at this time...=]

And here's Lookers!: http://www.serebii.net/card/platinum/109.shtml

so basically you can lookers for nothing, and then Final Blowup Spam for massive kill.

There are many other pokemon i would consider running with this, but I cant put the links to all for good reason: Bronzong SF, Bronzong G, Frosslass GL, DGX, Staraptor FBX, and others. Recommendations?

Sorry, but it doesn't work. Looker's forces you to draw at least one card:

Looker's Investigation (Platinum)

Q. If player a uses Looker's Investigation and decides that they want to draw the cards, can they choose zero as their up to amount?
A. No, the player must draw at least one card if they are able to. (Feb 19, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

I still dont think so, even if you draw (one) you still can get rid of that easily, or have like bronzong SF on the bench and shuffle that back into your deck

i like the idea, I'll attempt to do something out of it

People have tried and failed to make Rayquaza C lvX work. Sure dumping your hand isn't too hard, BUT, what happens when Rayquaza C lvX gets KO'd? how will you recover with an empty hand? Sure you could tech Staraptor FB lvX to search for Aaron's Collection but then how long will it take to get Rayquaza C lvX attacking again? your bench will be filled with techs which try to dump your hand and/or heal, which makes the deck highly suspectable to bench disruption or anything that can snipe.

If you want to hit for a 200 a turn then use AMU w/leafeon lvX tech.

I made a great deck with rayquaza c before. But it was boring to 1hit everything... If you want to discard cards you should put in 2-2 or more/less banette PL (depending on your strategy).

I also made a variant were i didn't discard my hand but discarded the energy from rayquaza. I could recover the energy and attack again on the following turn. But it depended on my starts if i discarded my hand or not before the attack.

I had golduck PL (yes i did have it) As a support attacker. When i started i loaded golduck with 2 energy (by t2) and attacked to do some damage while getting everything ready for rayquaza to make it's entry. Golduck was able to take some k.o s in the beginning. Then before it gets k.o ed i attack and move the energy to rayquaza. This might have taken some turns so i should have 2/3 energy on the field other than the once on golduck (so 4/5 total). Then start attacking with rayquaza c lv.X. Now rayquaza should have 4 energy on it (or 3 and energy gain). And the other energy attached to another sp pokemon on the field (like bronzong g). Next turn move the energy with bronzong g to rayquaza, and then rayquaza should have 2 energy attached for it's body. And then just attach one energy from your hand.

This might be a little complicated but it's hard to get this strategy on paper... I don't recommend this strategy to you. It's mine! >.< lol... And it's sometimes hard to pull of. But you have golduck as a secondary attacker when needed.
