Pretty good, show it at the Fake Card Contest, it should fetch a decent score (out of 10)
You forgot to give credit to the artist who drew the picture. (Look at my Leafia card in the contest).
Artist for Azelf: Ken Sugimori.
Azelf 5 / Manaphy 6.5
(Don't worry, i'm a harsh critic)
Azelf:
The background and image are completely irrelevant.
The font for the attack, attack name, Pokemon name, stature (ex), HP and Poke-power discription are off.
"ex" is never capitalized
"before you attack" should be in brackets
The symbol icons are unclean
A couple of other grammar mistakes.
Manaphy:
Same as Azelf, except first note.
That's for experienced fakers. For first timers:
Azelf 7/ Manaphy 8.4
Overall, Azelf needs work but manaphy is pretty darn good.

Manaphy: The energy symbols still have odd white areas around them. There's a option on the area-cut on Paint that allows only the object to be lifted, not the background as well.

I'd like to say that there is not and will never be a Manaphy ex or Azelf ex. Also, Silent Crush must allow the opponent to see the card in order for the discard to be allowed. However, Manaphy is a fair fake.
