im sorry to say this but u dont really have good stuff

T-tar: Pretty good, not much comment.
Kingdra: Singlular, boring. Multiple, annoying.
Steelix: You need the correct cards to use this.
Blastoise d: Tech. Nothing further.
Charizard: Highly risky. I wuoldn't try it.
Amphy: Tech purpose only.
Milotic: Uh... same thing.
Blastoise: Not that good.
Dewgong d: Can make a deck around it. Possibly.
Dewgong: Yeah, real specific.
Dark T-tar: About 4 printed so far.
Jolty*: Techy.
Blastoise EX: Put with Steelix.
Mewtwo: Yeah, real specific.

I'm only going to comment on some of the cards.
Tyranitar-ex = Very nice. If you can run it in a good list, it can definately win.
Kingdra-ex δ = If you can swarm this, it's amazing.
Steelix-ex = This is a hard deck to make (Metalix), but with a big reward.
Blastoise-ex = I miss this card :[ . BLS was so amazing...

Your cards really aren't that great, but some like tyranitar have potential to be good in a deck.
Some good and some not.

Very good cards! A lot of ex and a lot of stage 2 pokemon is all you need to wipe away the games. But try ex Power Keepers, the new sets. It has more ex than ever.
