Never save as a BMP always use PNG when useing sprites.
Overall it's very good.

Well, it's pretty good. But, if you want critique, here it is:
-You forgot to put badges (you don't need to, it just looks better IMO)
-Glameow's postioning is a little off. Move her to the right a bit.
-Meowth could be moved a bit more up.
-Don't save as BPM. Save as PNG.
Another than that, it looks pretty good.
