The aim is to keep attacking with raichu, Electivire and Ampharos help attach energy, but how can I get it back when I'v used it?
 
Amphy HGSS doesn't work well with Raichu. If you plan on Stacking energy onto Raichu then you can't because once you use T-Bolt then you must discard ALL energy attached to Raichu. Electivire FB lvX is another sub-par tech. It just makes you deal 100 damage every other turn which isn't good, plus against SP decks they can just power spray its body and setting Vire FB lvX up and getting it benched can always be a hassle. If you want to attack consistantly with Raichu HGSS then you could try and pair it with Magnezone SF #6, but then you would have to include 3 or 4 Moo Moo Milk and at least 2 Junk Arm to keep Raichu alive.
