Ok so this is the decklist I have been testing for a little while now. Let me know what you think!

I would play a 3rd Lele, since being basic that you can attach Energy to is good. A 4th Raichu, which everyone questions me for, but don't, I've had my good time with Raichu, and drop the Koko GX for a Xurkitree-GX. Koko is there for the GX, yeah? Raichu's GX is almost better, forcing them to Guzma up something that isn't Raichu, or Acerola when they'll be revenge Jo's next turn. I'll tell you what I tell everyone else, Maglhone tells everyone else, and actually all competitive players tell everyone else: Cynthia does not replace Sycamore and N, it should be played with Sycamore and N. Sycamore is still arguably the best draw supporter in the game, while N is the most impactful supporter in the game. Cynthia just provides alternate draw power, which is how it should be used. Zoroark and mill are the only decks that shouldn't play more than 2 Sycamore. It may be hard to understand, but thinning your deck is really good, and the one card difference is the same difference between Cynthia and Shauna, and look how big of a difference that makes. I really like that 1 Counter Catcher too, that's clever.

Ok, thanks for the ideas! Here is my new, updated decklist:

I switched the Super rod out for Brocks Grit as I think it is actually pretty good in this deck. Other than that I cut one Cynthia, added a Sycamore, switched Koko with Xurkitree, and added another Raichu.

It's a pretty solid list. But you probably should have the 4th Ball, because it really can get you out of a jiffy, and having extra consistency is better than not having enough. I must ask, why the Brock's Grit? I'm not saying It's bad or good, but I'm curious about your reasoning behind it.

I subbed out super rod for a brocks Grit for energy and pokemon recovery. In the time I played this deck online my opponent would often Guzma up a benched lele or pikachu and ko it. Brocks is to recover the energy after that happenes. Maybe energy recycler would be better, IDK.
