This email from the webmaster of the Rachael Lillis fanlisting confirms that Rachael Lillis auditioned for the role of Maylene and got the part. (Though she doesn't seem to be bursting with enthusiasm over it)

Wow, this is great news! I haven't watched the DP dub in ages but I'll have to watch these episodes. This is a step in the right direction, for sure!
It'd be cool if she started doing Jessie again, but that would probably never happen.
I like all of the new voices better, except for Jessie's. She's the only one that annoys me sometimes.
I wonder is she will only be doing a few episodes or if she'll stick around to do filler characters.

This is some good information, maybe this is the start of her other role coming back, I sure hope so.
i doubt she would take back over for Jessie, (how would her current voice actor feel?)
