I was wondering if people still are allowed to use "old" (base set) cards for playing Pokémon TCG?
I noticed in the "SteveP's Deck List Program", base set pokemon do not appear.
A lot have changed since last time I collected these cards, and I have just recently gotten an interest in playing with them against other players (which is ton of fun).
Are there any cards at all that have been published that people aren't allowed to use? Rules that have changed? etc.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT:
When I try to "rulebook" link (in the stickied FAQ), I get an 404 - Not Found
EDIT2:
When I try to reply in this topic i get this message:
