Okay, ignoring the fact that nothing from the Delta Species set is tournament legal, my question is this...

Can I use a Prime Pokemon to evolve a Delta Species Pokemon? Like going from Flaffy Delta Species to Ampharos Prime or one of the Delta Species Seadra to Kingdra Prime?
 
Yes you can because Delta Species is not part of the official name of the card.~Mark
