Okay so the strategy since the deck isn't the most consistent deck in the soon to be format it requires that we get a swampert into play so that's why there is 4 and we throw a milotic in there also for its ability to get cards out of the discard so that way say we need a proffesors letter to attack this turn you can get it out with milotic and then attach both to swampert and swampert is a beast with its attack being a stronger version of Keldeo it makes it good and with its own water energy acceleration it is a straight up savage and primal kyogre also being a straight up savage with a way to help the swamperts get energy on them and hurting the benched EXs I Feel this deck has great potential and would like some help maybe giving it some enhancements
