Wow. This card has so much potential, but also lacks in so many places. I think it's hard to make a deck completely surrounding this, but I'm gonna try anyways. Here's what I got:

Deck Analysis
I know I'm missing something big here. Oh well. Overall, this is similar to a Lapras box, but with Palkia GX in it. Eggs are for a slightly higher chance of Archie's. Aqua Patch for Lapras and also Palkia's first attack. Max Elixir because why not. Computer Search over Dowsing Machine or something like that for the Archie's plays. Manaphy for free retreat for Lapras. Keldeo EX since its attack is pretty much just Palkia's but 10 less damage but can hit for Weakness and it's weak to [G]. Maintenance for Archie's, and that's pretty much about it.

Some things you could definitely do:
- More Maintenances for Archie's
- Dowsing Machine over Computer Search for recovery options
- Focus more on Palkia or Lapras
- Double Dragon Energy
- Rough Seas for Lapras
Some things that'd be kinda neat:
- Ninja Boy + Wishiwashi GX, where you power up a Wishiwashi making your opponent think you're using a Wishiwashi GX deck, then Ninja Boy it out into a Palkia GX and wipe your opponent's energy.
- Fight Song Altaria

Here's what I think:
- 1 Maintenance (+ 1 ultra ball is a better idea)
+ 1 ultra ball
- 1 keldeo EX (Not needed - Palkia is your main attacker)
+ 1 float stone (to chain attacking Lapras')

Also you NEED to make room for Superior Energy Retrieval. It is SO pertinent to this kind of deck. Otherwise, your going in the right direction with this idea.

Ok thanks! I meant to put in superior energy retrieval but that's the thing i missed :p No leles because I didn't feel like it and not like this is going meta anyways xD
