Strategy:
Start with fomantis to search for the single (G). Bench carbink or Jolteon to start accelerating energy. UB/Sycamore a few (L). Evolve to Lurantis GX and accelerate energy until there's enough for Koko to swoop in as needed. Let Lurantis do some attacking until it's low on HP or Koko's Nuke GX is needed. Swoop in and blast as much damage as possible. Rinse/Repeat. Jolteon is there for the Bulu or Volc matchup.

Although I understand what you are doing, I'm not sure what to do with this deck... On the one hand I think it would be good to complete your Lurantis line, since you are using 4 Fomantis, you could add 1 or two Lurantis promo's. But given your energy (7 L, 2 G), you're mainly focusing on Tapu Koko GX. Then I think you shouldn't, and you may remove 1 Fomantis I guess and add a Vikavolt-line (or 2), and then I would remove Carbink.

Also, if you have it, I would add another Tapu Lele GX for consistency, and you could choose for the stadium Rough seas as well (although it will likely rotate in September).

I'm not that good on thoughts about trainers, but I won't use 4 energy lotto I guess... there are better options, maybe Max Elixer would fit? And with 4 N en 4 Sycamore, you shouldn't have problems with finding energy I guess. But maybe that's a budget thing?
