In Pikarom/Raichu&AlolanRaichuTT decks, you could use LTH Zebstrika's(Lost Thunder will still be Standard-legal after this upcoming rotation) ability as draw to get a 4-card hand w/o the extra price, and/or the once-per-turn limitation that Dedenne GX brings... Sure, two less cards is a drag, but if you need more draw, and one Dedenne is not enough to beat the loss by failing to draw the cards you need to take last prize before the opponent pulls the TEU Ninetales ability and picks off the Dedenne, or any other GX on your end, for the win, having 2 Zebstrikas could be critical for such scenarios...
