Help Possible Rare 1st edition Japanese etc?

I don't know the exact values, but all of the packs you show are very old and rare (2000 or older).
If you mean the Japanese booster pack on the first row, that's Base Set, so the first set from 1996. That should be one of the rarest Japanese sets ever, excluding some special limited sets like Rumble, Snap, Vending and VS series. On Ebay you find them for around $40. Japanese packs are cheaper in general.
All the cards and packs, it depends on the collector. For many English speaking collectors the old 1st Edition cards are the most valuable things (apart from some limited promos maybe). On Ebay you see them for around $200 per pack.
I personally would really love to have packs of all of those you showed. But maybe I would not open the English ones, as they could be worth $300 in a couple of years.
