In the previous update, one of the solo challenges was to "win with no Trainer cards in your deck". I thought that was interesting so I came up with a list of other challenges for you to complete to spice up your game. The battle challenges are meant to be done against humans, but you can give yourself credit if you achieve it against the CPU since some of them might be more difficult than is reasonable.

This is all just for fun and honor system based. Have fun with it, or don't. All of these challenges are possible, but some might take a little thinking to figure them out.

Help for people who are struggling

The staraptor one can be used with Barry
The pokemon communication one is like very common with my rampardos lucario deck
The 4-prize point one is quite easy given that you go against darkrai/giratina
2 special conditions can be used with grafarai and something like a dedenne in the active
10 abilities can be done with darkrai/greninja/druddigon
KO bench without knocking out active can be done with hitmonlee or greninja.
Turn 1 means that you need a very lucky misty turn
4 diamond rarity or higher? Just run 18T articuno, palkia or giratina ex
300 or more damage? Celebi Serperior or Celebi leafeon. Just ramp Celebi on the bench with energy.
Knock out 2 mons with one attack can be done. Use hitmonlee early game to weaken a benched mon and then use lucario ex OR palkia ex for the knockout.

Hope these help the people who want to try out the challenges

This won't work - all cards, including Trainer cards, need to be 4 diamond rarity or higher. You'll need a fully blinged deck for this, or a bunch of random high rarity cards from your binder and hope you get lucky.

Appreciate your interest in this, though! I intend to add more with every new set.

All cards? That means that your only draw power is iono and your only healing is from irida, erika or Pokemon Center lady and you also lose x speed and potion? I plan to try that out seems fun

Small update due to celestial guardians release

-Staraptor can now attack on turn 3 with rare candy and Barry

I kind of feel like the 10 abilities one can kinda be done with the disgusting giratina darkrai and druddigon deck

Abilities that are automatically triggered don't count. You have to consciously "use" abilities, like Broken-Space Bellow.

Guess I probably should update challenges that have become easier.
