Will Miracle Energy, which only works for Light Pokemon or Shining Pokemon, works on Pokemon* too?

No. They are NOT the same:

The Compendium said:
== MIRACLE ENERGY (Neo Destiny)

Q. Is a "Pokémon *" (like "Torchic *") and such considered a shining Pokémon for cards such as Miracle Energy?? Does the "*" symbol mean "Shining" or what?
A. No, "Torchic [star]" does not have the word "Shining" as part of its name. Therefore, you cannot attach Miracle Energy onto it. (Aug 25, 2005 PUI Rules Team)

ya, ^ is right. it does not have the word shining for it. therefore, its not shining. its *

It only works for Pokemon *'s!
Like the Eeveelution *'s! (look @ my banner)

Theoretically speaking, the pokemon * indeed refer to Shiny Pokemon, but then Miracle energy will not work as it does not state Pokemon* on the "compatitable pokemon".

PMJ is 100% correct. A Pokemon* is not the same as a Shining Pokemon. They do not share the same name. Miracle energy can ONLY be attached to Pokemon who have the word 'Shining' or 'Light' before their name. If they don't then you cannot attach Miracle Energy.

It doesn't matter whether Shining Pokemon and * Pokemon are the same in terms of 'shinies', they have different names altogether and that's the difference between them, end of story.
