Pokemon Scale Version-HELP WANTED

Im making this cool new pokemon game called pokemon scale. I need someone to put the sprites and maps(unlz.gba) i will be maing the sprites. I need name editors and map editors. If you want to help post.
when finished i will send it to every one that helped

P.S. I can make the sprits and name the citys persons pokemon etc. But i dont know how to put it in a rom HELP
