They're already out, just not officially (for a few more weeks). Most Walmarts don't care enough to check if they should stock them yet or not, so just check another one.
 
i just picked up 2 boxes of CTC, no holos other than pikas for me.

edit - picked up a 3rd box, got a Gossifleur holo

My sons bought 3 1/2 cases of CTC (28 boxes) from Walmart. We donated the cereal, as the cards are not inside the inner bag. In addition to the 28 Pikachus, my sons pulled 8 holos - 1 Galarian Ponyta, 3 Hatennas, 2 Wooloo, and 2 Gossifleurs. They'll look to pick up Morpeko from friends. Possibly of note, the 3 cases were untouched and each had 2 holos out of the 8 boxes.
 
My pull rate has been 1 in 8. 4 boxes one week, 4 boxes just now. Getting the rest on ebay for sure. This pull rate is silly bad.
 
Article says there will be two holos in every pack, but this is not true. There is always a pikachu. But you are not guarunteed one of the other 5 holos in each pack.
